RN MDS Coordinator (RNAC)
Full-Time Days, Monday - Friday

The RNAC/MDS Coordinator in this role implements and evaluates the Minimum Data Set (MDS) program and provides assistance in care planning, following Keswick’s philosophy of nursing care and ensuring that documentation complies with requirements for reimbursement.

What is required for the RNAC/MDS Coordinator position?
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensed and in good standing with the MBON
- Current AHA HCP BLS certification
- Three years of experience as an MDS Coordinator/RNAC
- Resident Assessment Coordinator Certified (RAC-CT) must obtain within 6 months of hire
