We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive growth across North America.
In this role, you will manage and develop key customer accounts while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint and delivering value-driven solutions to our customers.
You will operate in a highly technical, solution-oriented environment, working closely with customers and internal teams to drive profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across North America
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target industries
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline to achieve sales targets
- Deliver compelling, value-based sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Act as a trusted partner, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer accounts, market trends, and competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, service) to deliver solutions
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Gather market insights to contribute to product and commercial strategy

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in B2B / consultative sales
- Experience in capital equipment / industrial environments is a strong plus
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to sell complex solutions and articulate value
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar)
- Highly organized, autonomous, and performance-driven
Location & travel
- Remote (United States) – ideally based in Midwest or Central region (e.g. Chicago, Dallas)
- Travel: ~50% across North America
