The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience / background in technical recruitment, be adept at sourcing top-tier technical talent, and have a knack for building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. They will be driven to be a top performer, eager to learn and demonstrate the grit and tenacity to "Do hard things". This role will focus on filling key technical positions across various I.T. projects while aligning recruitment efforts with KēSTA’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for mid- to senior-level I.T. roles (software engineers, network admins, cloud architects, etc.)Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategiesSource, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates using various recruitment platforms and techniquesConduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate a smooth hiring processMaintain candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experienceCollaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding processQualifications:1-3 years of I.T. recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of technical roles and industry trendsExperience using ATS and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasksBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred)Why Join KēSTA I.T.?
