We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing vision and drive growth across both retail and eCommerce channels. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape brand storytelling, guide a talented team, and directly influence company performance.
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Director, you’ll connect strategy to execution—ensuring every campaign and initiative supports revenue, growth, and brand goals.
You will:
- Lead and execute an integrated, multi-channel marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
- Translate business goals into impactful campaigns across retail and digital channels
- Own marketing performance—develop KPIs, analyze results, and optimize for ROI, traffic, and conversion
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership using data and market trends
- Partner with merchandising and buying teams to align product strategy with marketing execution
- Guide campaigns from concept to launch—ensuring consistency and strong brand storytelling
- Oversee brand voice, visual identity, and creative direction
- Drive initiatives that increase store traffic, eCommerce growth, and customer engagement
- Collaborate with retail leadership to align marketing with the in-store experience
- Oversee digital marketing strategy, including paid media, social, and email
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
- Establish workflows and processes that improve efficiency and cross-functional alignment
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who blends strategic thinking with creative execution and a strong business mindset.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- 7–10 years of marketing experience, including leadership experience
- Background in retail, luxury, fashion, or consumer goods strongly preferred
Skills & Strengths:
- Experience across both retail and eCommerce environments
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong creative instincts with experience directing campaigns or content
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
