Save-A-Lot is looking for an experienced meat cutter for a Full Time, in-charge position at our 11972 N Saginaw St, Mt. Morris, Michigan location.
In this role, you would be responsible for all duties related to the selling of meat products at this location, including but not limited to:
· Preparation, cleanliness, and ensuring that all applicable Food Safety and regulatory requirements are being followed and adhered to
· Safely operate machinery and sharp knives
· Provide excellent customer service
· Determine cutting needs as well as cut and prepare meat products for sale to customers
· Ordering and merchandising of meat products
· Supervise and coach meat wrapping clerks
· Ensure proper storage, product rotation, and known loss/shrink procedures are followed
Competitive wages - starting at up to $20 per hour
