About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Account Manager to join our growing U.S. team. This role blends project execution, account management, and sales support across the retail fixtures and store fit-out space.
You will own the full lifecycle of retail fixture projects, from initial client engagement and cost estimation through delivery, while supporting account growth and business development. Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
- Manage retail fixture and store fit-out projects from kick-off to completion
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Logistics
- Monitor progress, costs, and risks; proactively resolve issues
- Ensure accurate project documentation and reporting
- Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement
Estimation & Tendering
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and pricing models
- Analyze technical drawings, specifications, and client requirements
- Support and partially lead tendering processes and technical clarifications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing
- Maintain and improve estimation tools and cost databases
- Contribute to competitive and margin-focused pricing strategies
Account Management & Sales Support
- Manage and support key U.S. client accounts
- Act as a primary point of contact for project-related topics
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project reviews
- Translate customer requirements into actionable project plans
- Support contract negotiations with technical and commercial input
Business Development & Pipeline Support
- Contribute to building and maintaining a sales pipeline
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and target segments (retail, grocery, convenience)
- Support proposal preparation, presentations, and commercial offers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the U.S. retail environment
- Participate in trade shows and client visits
ERP, Forecasting & Cost Control
- Support order entry, tracking, and reporting within ERP systems
- Assist in forecasting and pipeline tracking
- Ensure alignment between sales commitments and operational feasibility
- Track project financials and support margin analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project management, retail fixtures, interior fit-out, or product development
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and costing fundamentals
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Commercial mindset with an interest in sales and business development
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel within the U.S. as needed

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
