The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home community care, long-term care, and a commitment to upholding the rights of those we serve while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Duties:
a. Overseeing the services and supports provided to participant for general guidance to the provider agency in areas of compliance and quality improvement; b. Assuring that the supports provided are within the scope of the agency’s service enrollment and experience to assure effective delivery;
c. Assuring that the services address the needs and adhere to the application of person centered values, choice and the Individuals' rights; d. Providing, arranging or overseeing curricula used in staff training and directed to service delivery in the context of the Individual’s goal(s) and objectives;
e. Recommend other needed services/supports or changes
