THE CHALLENGE AHEAD
The People & Culture Manager will play a central role in shaping the everyday employee experience while ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and consistently. From recruitment and benefits to HR systems and compliance, you’ll bring both structure and heart—balancing operational excellence with an employee-first approach that makes every team member feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, benefits, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring a consistent and employee-first experience.
- Manage, coach, and develop the Employee Experience Specialist, providing guidance, feedback, and growth opportunities while empowering them to thrive in their role.
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, implementing talent acquisition best practices to attract and hire top talent, with support from the Employee Experience Specialist on coordination and candidate experience support.
- Administer benefits programs and serve as a resource to employees for questions and education.
- Oversee and continuously improve onboarding processes, working with the Employee Experience Specialist to ensure new hires feel welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
- Oversee HR systems and employee records, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ease of access.
- Partner with the Employee Experience Specialist to support and amplify culture, engagement, and recognition programs.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll coordination and compliance reporting.
- Draft and update policies, procedures, and employee handbook content to reflect best practices and legal compliance.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent offboarding experience, including knowledge transfer, exit interviews, and compliance documentation.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR administration.
- Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment, benefits, compliance, and payroll coordination.
- Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
