SummaryOrganize, enter and verify all online web-based orders received, into company database. Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Responsible for accurately processing, printing and delivering to the shipping dept all incoming web-based order entries received from Shopify websites, QVC, Walmart.com, Faire etc. · Resolve Web order customers service issues. · Process web returned merchandise and associated customer refunds. · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager(s).· Follow company policies and procedures and support company mission, vision and standards of ethics.· Daily attendance required to ensure all duties are completed in a timely fashion.
