As Regulatory Director for North America, you will lead all regulatory affairs activities, ensuring our biosafety solutions comply with local, federal, and international regulations.
Directly connected with the Group’s Regulatory Director, you will drive strategic initiatives to meet evolving requirements of authorities and customers, supporting business growth and innovation.
Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with Kersia’s global objectives and regional business needs.
As Regulatory Director for North America, you will lead all regulatory affairs activities, ensuring our biosafety solutions comply with local, federal, and international regulations.

Develop and implement regulatory strategies aligned with Kersia’s global objectives and regional business needs.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (FDA, CFIA, EPA, OSHA, etc.) for products and operations in North America.
- Manage product registrations, renewals, and submissions for biocides, disinfectants, and other regulated products.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry associations to facilitate approvals and maintain compliance.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on business operations; advise leadership on risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to support product development and market entry.
- Lead and develop a regional regulatory team, fostering a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
- Master’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, …or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs within chemical industry
- Strong knowledge of North American regulatory frameworks is a must.
- Proven track record in managing product registrations and regulatory submissions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and influence decision-making.
