About the role
Responsible for the filling, sending, receiving, and recording of materials within the facility
Prepare orders for delivery by filling containers with specified material and amounts
Key responsibilities
Acquire empty containers and organize filled containers with use of a forklift
Participate in the rework of materials by transferring material from filled containers to process tanks and refilling when complete
Visually inspect containers and tanks for cleanliness before filling
Daily monitoring of production floor to maintain a clean and safe work environment during shift
Perform other related duties as assigned by shift supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Physical requirements of this job include, but are not limited to
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment
Must be able to stand and walk
Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs
Must be able to climb stairs and ladders; high platforms
Others - Twist, Bend, Squat, Reach, Push/Pull, Hot/Cold environment
Qualifications And Skills
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to work 4 on 4 off schedule; 12 hours per day
Ability to operate and understand computer hardware and software as it relates to the operation and control of this process
Ability to operate a forklift
The pay range for this position is $22 - $23.50 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
