The pay rate for this position is $22.25 per hour. Key responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Stages and blends ingredients, packages products, and COPs all blending and packaging equipment during scheduled cleaning periods. Follows established procedures in order to achieve QC approved products.
- Performs daily set up, cleaning and operation of powders packaging, cultures packaging, and liquid packaging equipment.
- Performs daily HACCP checks for packaging equipment, screen checks, metal detector, and tool check list) and understands the importance of this checklist.
- Issues and receipts materials in SAP.
- Washes and cleans equipment per the sanitation manual. Follows GMP program and rules.
- Operates forklift per training procedures.
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Manufacturing/maintenance experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work alone and in close cooperation with production personnel.
- Capable of working through complex problems alone or with others to provide logical solutions.
