About the Role
This pivotal position plays a crucial role in enhancing machine reliability by measuring and improving Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). You will also refine Preventive Maintenance Work Instructions and support continuous improvement efforts in both maintenance and operations. With new equipment being installed, this is an exciting time to join our team.

Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong ability to interpret, analyze, and present technical information with practical judgment.
- Effective team player with the capability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in delivering compelling presentations in both group settings and one-on-one.
- Familiar with standard quality and reliability tools such as FMEA, Weibull Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, and Statistics.
