What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep the plant running safely and reliably by maintaining and repairing site property, utilities, and production equipment.

The pay range for this position is $28.98-$41.46 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Kerry offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, Employee Share Plan, Life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement. What You’ll Do
You’ll help keep the plant running safely and reliably by maintaining and repairing site property, utilities, and production equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the electrical power distribution system.
- Maintain instrumentation and control systems.
- Perform electrical repairs on plant equipment.
- Support building services and general repairs.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas.
- Analyze problems and troubleshoot equipment to resolve issues quickly.
- May be required to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
To be safe and successful in this role, you’ll bring the following
- Education High school diploma or equivalent
- Required knowledge Electrical theory; motor control and wiring; PID loop and instrumentation basics; basic understanding of PLC systems and troubleshooting components; ability to read electrical drawings; understanding of NEC codes; strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience Journeyman Electrician or equivalent
