Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, providing excellent service with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, appointment scheduling, and general support via phone or in person
- Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating customer information using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting.
- Handle clerical duties including managing correspondence, and ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Provide administrative support by managing incoming emails, supporting customer support initiatives, and assisting with general office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles with strong clerical skills and customer service background
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk procedures, and phone etiquette essential for professional communication
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, printers, and filing systems preferred
- Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous for handling calendar management and appointment coordination
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism at all times
