Kerrville’s Bright Beginnings is currently seeking a reliable and flexible Floater Teacher to join our team.
The Floater Teacher will support lead teachers in different classrooms as needed, assist with daily activities, help maintain a safe and organized environment, and ensure children receive attentive and consistent care throughout the day. This role requires adaptability, teamwork, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms
- Support classroom transitions and routines
- Follow all center policies and state regulations
Requirements:
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, punctual, and flexible
- Ability to work in multiple classrooms as needed
