Klipboard is on a mission to transform how small and medium enterprise businesses manage their operations. We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team and help us expand across Australia and New Zealand.

Success in this role will directly contribute to Klipboard’s regional revenue targets and market expansion objectives.

Key Responsibilities: 

What You’ll Do

  • Build a qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead management.
  • Engage decision-makers with structured discovery calls to uncover pain points and align solutions.
  • Deliver consultative product demos that showcase ROI and business impact.
  • Own the sales process from qualification to close, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable pipeline forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine messaging and ensure client satisfaction.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in inside sales or SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage high activity levels and adapt quickly.
  • A consultative approach with a results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
