We’re looking for a strategic and skilled Content Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our content initiatives across the Nordics. This role is critical in building brand authority, generating demand, and supporting sales through high-impact content aligned to our core sectors: Automotive, Distribution, and Rentals. 

You’ll be responsible for creating and managing engaging, relevant, and localized content that supports the buyer journey—from awareness to conversion.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute a Nordic-specific content strategy aligned with business goals 
• Create and manage high-quality content assets: blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, product one-pagers, case studies and LinkedIn/META posts 
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales to support GTM campaigns and ABM efforts 
• Localize global messaging to fit the needs and tone of Nordic audiences 
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all content 
• Monitor content performance and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion 
• Support SEO and paid media initiatives with compelling, high-performing copy

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or vertical software 
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills 
• Deep understanding of the Nordic market and buyer personas
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-centric language 
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams 
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Semrush, or Demandbase is a plus 
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
