Key Responsibilities
- Create a safe, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support early literacy and numeracy skills

- Use hands-on, play-based, and structured learning approaches
- Differentiate instruction to meet a variety of developmental needs
- Assess student growth through observation and developmentally appropriate tools

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching certification (or ability to obtain in North Carolina)
