Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office/Fleet Manager to oversee daily office operations and manage our fleet of fuel delivery vehicles.
Office/Fleet Manager
Schedule: Monday-Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break; 5 days a week 8-hr Shifts
Responsibilities:
The Office/Fleet Manager will be responsible for all fuel trucks in the fleet, including but not limited to: Licensing, Registration, Permits/Truck Stickers, as well as working with the Kerr Oil drivers and Fuel Terminals in addition to repairs, inspections, testing, etc.
Office:
· Assisting with customers at the main office and running the register
· Answering phone calls and setting up fuel deliveries
· Preparing daily price sheets/reports
· Assisting in setting up vendor deliveries at the convenience store sites (Ice melt, Sand, DEF, Used cooking oil pickups)
· Assist in preparing Oil Orders for the Jifi Stop sites
· Closing down the office daily
Fleet:
· Fleet annual registration, licensing, and permits (NMFTA SCAC, IRS Schedule of Heavy Highway Vehicle, ExL/ExW Permits, Insurance Cards, IFTA Stickers, HazMat, UCR Registration, Etc.)
· Mileage reports and gathering trip reports for IFTA
· Calling in maintenance and repair jobs for Fleet Vehicles/trailers
· Transporting drivers during repairs/maintenance
· Ensuring all Fuel Terminal paperwork is up to date
· Maintaining truck binders with current paperwork
· Leading annual inspections/testing of the trucks
· Maintaining drivers/trucks list in Load2day and updating paperwork
· This position will eventually dispatch the fuel truck drivers between our 11 locations, Oregon ethanol loads, and other customer sites
· This position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer
Required Qualifications:
· Current Driver’s License, knowledge of fuel truck permits/registration/licenses, demonstrated knowledge of fuel truck components
Preferred Qualifications:
· Active/Past CDL A (Truck/Trailer/HAZMAT), Truck mechanical repair experience, dispatching experience, Fuel truck fleet management experience
Kerr Oil will provide the following for this position:
· A computer to be used for daily reports, email, orders
· A Company Truck will be available as needed
· Personal fuel/Oil purchases at cost

Benefits/Payroll:
Salary ($50,000-$60,000) depending on experience
Annual bonus based on performance
Company fully provided pension/profit sharing plan (15% of all compensation per year)
Up to 2 weeks of PTO per year
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
