Role Description
We are seeking a Member Service Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Kerrville, TX. The Member Service Representative will be responsible for assisting members with various financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner. Other duties include opening and managing accounts, explaining credit union products and services, and identifying opportunities to recommend financial solutions based on member needs.
