We're looking for a HVAC Install Helper to assist our Lead Installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with installation experience who wants to continue learning, grow their skills, and build a long-term career.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
- Remove and replace furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Assist with brazing, refrigerant piping, drain lines, and electrical connections
- Load, unload, and organize tools and installation materials
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards
- Work efficiently with the installation team to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
Required:
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well on a team
Preferred:
- EPA Certification
- Experience with residential replacement installations
- Sheet metal and ductwork experience
- Basic electrical and refrigerant knowledge

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
