What You'll Do
- Perform maintenance and repair work across all makes and models.
- Handle everything from oil changes and brake jobs to diagnostics and light repairs.
- Keep your bay clean, stay organized, and work safely at all times.
- Communicate with teammates and service staff to keep the workflow smooth.
- Participate in ongoing training — we'll pay for ASE certifications and classes to help you grow.
What We're Looking For
- Around 3 years of hands-on experience in general service or light repair.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time.
- Ability to read and follow repair information and schematics.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Valid driver's license and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
