What are the responsibilities and job description for the Deposit Operations Representative position at Kerndt Brothers Savings Bank?
This full-time position receives and inputs data to process transactions, reconciles transactions to general ledger accounts, and assists customers by providing account information over the phone or balancing their accounts. In addition, this position will:
- Process Return Deposit Items for all branches
- Review Stop Payments for all branches
- Process Return Check/ACH Items
- Be responsible for the handling of the accounts payable function
- Assist with ACH file processing, agreements and maintenance; wire transfers; and provide support for the Banks’ online and mobile banking services
Preferred candidates will have an Associates’ Degree or one to two years related experience.
