Kern Segal & Murray – Associate Attorney PositionDaly City civil litigation firm seeks a full-time Associate Attorney (0-3 years experience) to begin work immediately. Our firm has a broad range of practice areas, mainly personal injury and construction defect insurance defense.We are looking for a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and detail oriented environment.The position will provide a substantial amount of responsibility with an appropriate level of supervision.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:drafting pleadings and correspondencetaking and defending depositionsworking with clients on day-to-day advice and counsel inquirieshandling a large caseloaddrafting discoverydocument reviewattending court hearingsQualifications:applicants must be licensed in California for the Associate positionpost-bar applicants awaiting bar results will have an opportunity to move into an Associate position once sworn indetail-orientedan ability to work independentlystrong communication and writing skillsExperience or interest in Construction Defect, litigation, and/or public entity defense is a plus.Salary Range: $100,000 depending on experience.Full benefits (HSA, medical and dental) after 3 months of employment401(k) after 1 year of employmentCommuter BenefitsIf you are interested, please submit your cover letter and resume.DO NOT CALL.
