- Oversee sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handle cash handling duties accurately, and perform retail math to ensure proper register balancing.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by managing stock levels, labeling plants and flowers correctly, and ensuring all displays are attractive and inviting..
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of floral design.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
