Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling in and out trucks while ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of our business.
Duties:
- Utilize a scale management system to record truck activity, ensuring all products are accurately counted.
- Prepare appropriate documents for all outbound shipments as well as place seals on trucks.
- Record facility production to Corporate Office.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Other responsibilities as deemed necessary.
Skills:
- Experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency with warehouse management systems.
- Basic math skills to accurately count and manage inventory.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
Hours:
- Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
