Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Paralegal to join our team. In this hybrid role based in Mountainside, NJ, you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely. Primary responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, maintaining case files, managing communications, and supporting attorneys with case preparation and client interactions. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Law and Legal Document Preparation
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Legal Research and accurate Document Review
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification is preferred
- Experience in insurance defense, medical malpractice, or personal injury law is a plus
