At Advocate MD, our physician-led Direct Primary Care practice with five Madison-area clinics, physicians spend their time on what drew them to medicine: real relationships, real continuity, and real care. We're growing our Madison-area team from eight to ten physicians and we're currently hiring two Family Medicine physicians to join us.

Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Wisconsin medical license (or license-eligible)
- Able to work onsite at a Madison-area clinic
