Role Summary
KerixHealth is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Associate Account Manager to support our growing employer client base. This role reports to the National Director of Client Success and partners closely with the National Director of Client Success to manage employer accounts and implement new clients.
This is a full-time, exempt, salaried position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly comfortable working in spreadsheets and data, confidently manages external stakeholders, and can create and deliver clear, professional presentations for both internal and client-facing audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
- Serve as the primary account manager for small to medium sized groups
- Support ongoing account management needs including issue resolution, reporting, and client communications
- Act as a proxy and backup to the National Director of Client Success for larger and strategic accounts as needed
- Prepare, review, and distribute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Manage affiliate providers as needed to support account success
Client Implementation
- Support and manage new account implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Coordinate eligibility files, file feeds, and data validation
- Manage stakeholders across internal teams, clients, brokers, and vendors
- Support open enrollment (OE) planning and execution
- Track implementation milestones and ensure timelines are met
Onsite & Client Engagement Support
- Plan and coordinate onsite client sessions such as open enrollment meetings and biometric screenings
- Serve as a point of contact during onsite events to ensure smooth execution
Account Documentation
- Develop account playbooks and implementation documentation
- Maintain accurate account records and process documentation
- Create polished, client-facing materials and internal presentations (PowerPoint)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (data cleanup, reconciliation, file management, and analysis)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Highly proactive with excellent follow-through and ownership mentality
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and client-facing presentation development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in account management, client success, implementation, or operations
- 1–2 years of experience in management consulting, Big 4 advisory, or a similar client-facing professional services role
- Basic healthcare or employer benefits knowledge helpful, but not required
- Experience working with employer-sponsored benefits, healthcare, or provider networks (a plus)
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects
Compensation: Base salary of $65,000 - $80,000 based on experience
Location & Travel
- Based in greater Denver, CO metro
- Approximately 25% travel required for client onsite meetings and events
