Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive patient acquisition and consumer marketing for our primary care clinics. This role focuses on building and executing high-performing campaigns that increase new patient appointments, walk-ins, and overall clinic visibility. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience acquiring consumers for brick-and-mortar businesses—preferably in healthcare, wellness, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Acquisition & Digital Marketing
- Plan and optimize patient acquisition campaigns across:
- Patient referrals
- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Local platforms (Nextdoor, Yelp Ads, Reddit)
Local & Community Marketing
- Support clinic-level initiatives such as:
- Local partnerships
- Clinic launches
- Community events and sponsorships
- Direct mail and geo-targeted outreach
Content, Messaging & Creative
- Develop consumer-oriented content for:
- Social media
- Website landing pages
- Email/SMS campaigns
- Clinic events and print collateral
Website, SEO & Conversion Optimization
- Maintain and update clinic landing pages.
- Support local SEO improvements and run A/B tests to boost lead capture.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using dashboards and reporting tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale.
Qualifications
Required
- 3–5 years of B2C marketing experience; healthcare or multi-location retail preferred.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media and social media campaigns
- Strong understanding of local marketing and consumer acquisition funnels.
- Skilled with CRM or marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Hubspot etc.).
- Excellent writing, project management, and data analysis skills.
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare patient acquisition or service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
