Job Description
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
SALES AND KPIs REPORTING
- Support Balenciaga Americas including but not limited to: USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly and YTD sales and KPI reporting.
- Proactively reviewing retail KPIs (conversion, traffic, Product Category, CS, UPT, etc.) and provide explanation for variances to management.
- Prepare daily sales targets per month for Stores and HQ.
- Ad hoc analysis (Sales density, productivity per sqft, POS competitor benchmark, streamlining traffic count methodology, etc.).
- Prepare sales and KPI recaps for executive store visits.
- Including but not limited to monthly, half-year, and year end closing processes.
- Running retail and wholesale sales reporting package for submission to HQ.
- Submission of sales by channel, by country to HFM.
- Maintain monthly store network report for submission to HQ.
- Partner with FP&A Manager on budgeting and forecast retail sales.
- Submission of sales by channel, by country in HFM.
- Submission of retail sales by store in HFM.
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA a plus
- 3 to 5 years experience in similar role in Retail or Consumer Goods industry
- Must have advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to work cross-functionally within the organization
- Process knowledge associated with HFM and SAP
- Experience with BI tools a plus
- Rigor, sense of attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking management.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines while being agile and self-motivating.
- Ability to think clearly and calmly when faced with issues or problems.
- Ability to work efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic.
- Highest regard for confidentiality. Must be able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive company information.
For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, BALENCIAGA includes a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this role. This considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions; including but not limited to business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience and training, licensure, and certifications. In addition, where a candidate falls within the disclosed range estimate may be dependent on the applicable geographic differential associated with the location in which the position may be filled.
A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $ $90,000 - $100,000 USD per year.
