Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
- Current, state licensure or eligibility (e.g., LPC, LMSW, LMSW, LLP, LP, DLLP, TLLP) in Michigan.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Demonstrated skills in Treatment Planning and Psychology to provide clinically sound, goal-oriented care.
- Experience working with diverse client populations and commitment to culturally responsive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care.
- Ability to work independently within a team-based environment and manage a full outpatient caseload.
