KerberRose Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Service Consultant to support our retirement plan team. This role focuses on onboarding new retirement plans, coordinating ongoing services, and supporting advisors and clients through a high-touch service model. KerberRose Wealth Management is seeking a detail-oriented Retirement Plan Service Consultant to support our retirement plan team. This role focuses on onboarding new retirement plans, coordinating ongoing services, and supporting advisors and clients through a high-touch service model. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and experienced in retirement plan operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate onboarding of new retirement plans
- Serve as liaison between plan sponsors, recordkeepers, TPAs, and advisors
- Coordinate ongoing service schedules with the 401(k) advisor
- Prepare for and follow up on client meetings
- Manage service workflows and track deliverables
- Support advisors with plan administration and client communication
- Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate resolutions
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Identify process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service
- 5–10 years of experience in retirement plan services or administration
- Strong understanding of 401(k), 403(b), and retirement plans
- Experience working with recordkeepers, TPAs, and plan sponsors
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional designations (AIF®, CRPS®, QKA) preferred
