This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing financial operations, HR compliance, and administrative functions. You’ll play a critical role in supporting leadership, driving performance, and ensuring the overall health of the business.

What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership
Oversee all accounting functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, and general ledger
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Manage cash flow and key financial performance metrics
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
Maintain internal controls and coordinate with external CPA partners
Operations & Risk Management
Manage company insurance programs, renewals, and claims
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements
Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
Human Resources & Compliance
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR regulations
Maintain policies, employee handbook, and HR procedures
Strategic Partnership
Partner with leadership to support business strategy and decision-making
Provide insights that drive growth, efficiency, and profitability
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
5 years of progressive accounting or finance leadership experience
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and cash flow management
Experience with payroll and HR compliance
Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
