The Role
You'll run mobile detail jobs across Salem and surrounding areas — wash and vacs, full interior details, exterior details, and ceramic coating applications. You work independently on each job with full support from our team. This starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the schedule grows.
This role is a great fit if you're experienced, self-motivated, and want flexible work with real commission income on top of your hourly rate.

What You'll Do
- Perform mobile detailing services at customer locations — homes, offices, and business parking lots
- Complete wash and vac, interior detail, exterior detail, and ceramic coating jobs to a professional standard
- Conduct a walk around with customers, note vehicle condition, and recommend additional services
- Fill out a condition report card after every job
- Take before and after photos and video via Google Drive on every appointment
- Represent Keptcar professionally — you are the face of the business on every job
- Communicate with our team throughout the day

Requirements
- Must have your own truck or van capable of transporting detailing equipment and a water tank
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Detailing experience strongly preferred — interior, exterior, and ceramic coating application
- Reliable, punctual, and highly professional
- Strong attention to detail — this one actually matters in this job
- Able to work independently and manage your time on site
- Smartphone required — Google Drive access and communication throughout the day
- Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Compensation
- $16–$17 per hour depending on experience
- Upsell commission — you earn 60–70% of every additional service you close on site. A detailer who pitches well regularly adds $100–300 to their daily pay.
- Pay increases available as you grow with Keptcar
