Route Manager

Pay Rate: $1000/wk with weekly performance bonus

Responsibilities

• Dispatch crews and ensure correct equipment is sent to job sites.
• Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules.
• Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly.
• Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews.
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained.
• Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Experience in route management or field supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits (After 90 Days)
