Pay Rate: $52,000/year Weekly KPI Bonus
Responsibilities
- Dispatch crews and ensure correct equipment is sent to job sites.
- Inspect work and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor route efficiency and optimize schedules.
- Reconcile work, routes, and billing daily and weekly.
- Assist with HR activities such as hiring, training, and reviews.
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are prepared and maintained.
- Respond to operational problems, emergencies, and customer complaints.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience in route management or field supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with scheduling and billing workflows.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
