KT is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for IT professionals early in their career who enjoy solving problems, supporting users, and working across a variety of business applications and systems. You will help maintain a secure, reliable technology environment and ensure employees have the tools and support they need to work effectively.
About the Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide daily support across KT’s IT systems, including user management, hardware setup, application administration, and troubleshooting. You will collaborate with internal staff, senior IT team members, and external vendors to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and aligned with business needs.
This role offers broad exposure to cloud services, security tools, CRM and financial systems, and implementation projects—making it a strong foundation for career growth in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud engineering, or security.
What You’ll Do
Security & Compliance
- Support IT security and compliance processes
- Assist with disaster recovery planning and data protection measures
Applications & Infrastructure Support
- Maintain and support laptops, software, and other IT equipment
- Troubleshoot technical issues across applications, systems, and user devices
- Support data accuracy, access management, and system availability
Vendor & Outsourcing Coordination
- Work with external IT vendors to resolve issues and coordinate services
- Assist with ensuring proper integration between third-party systems and KT platforms
Application Administration
- Support administration of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Assist with Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, integrations, and data retention
- Help maintain the KnowBe4 security training platform
- Assist with website infrastructure (DNS updates, SSL renewals, domain management)
- Support Epicor financial system configuration and data transfer processes
IT Projects & Implementations
- Help manage SharePoint configuration and knowledge-management initiatives
- Assist with CRM migration activities (Salesforce to Pipedrive)
- Participate in system upgrades, new application deployments, and process improvements
General Technical Support
- Prepare and configure laptops for new hires and hardware replacements
- Support Azure server maintenance in collaboration with external partners
- Provide day-to-day technical support, including printer issues, peripheral setup, and general troubleshooting
User & License Management
- Create and manage user accounts across Microsoft, Salesforce, Epicor, KnowBe4, and other systems
- Assist with license administration for Adobe Creative Cloud and other software
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or systems administration
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies
- Interest in learning new tools, systems, and technologies
- Exposure and understanding of cybersecurity environments
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Knowledge of DNS, SSL certificates, and basic website infrastructure
- Experience with financial systems (Epicor, Sage Intacct)
