Job Title:                              Senior Engagement Manager

Job Duration:                       40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time

                                                                                               

Job Duties: Manage planning and preparation of business proposals and grow accounts and projects. Develop detailed pricing models to estimate cost and effort required to execute on scope, while maintaining profit margins. Pitch proposals to senior client executives to close the deal. Interview and staff resources to build inter-disciplinary teams for project delivery. Attending conferences and key industry events to build client relationships and pursue sales opportunities. Manage and direct teams to analyze complex data sets to develop and execute strategic imperatives. Identify key metrics and performance indicators at the heart of the business, and establish targets based on industry benchmarks. Lead team in conducting market and competitor research and summarize for executive consumption. Direct team in gleaning insights from large customers and transactional data sets and presenting key findings through visualizations. Manage team in performing customer and product segmentation analysis from large data sets to identify trends and areas of opportunity. Lead and deliver complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative solutions for client while managing delivery and financial risk. Manage client stakeholders through frequent written and in-person updates. Understand various personal and professional incentives of client stakeholders to develop effective recommendations and operating model. Assign tasks and delegate appropriately amongst team members to smoothly deliver projects on time and under budget. Prepare and present recommendations to senior client executives on key strategic priorities. Whiteboard high level deliverable storyboard and narrative with team members. Understand competing incentives for client executives and incorporate recommendation and presentation material. Deliver compelling written and in-person presentations to garner support from client executives and establish linkage between strategic priorities and operational execution.

 

Job Requirements:  Required Master’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (Any), MIS or any related field 2 years of experience in the job offered, Program Manager, Business Development Manager, Product Manager or related. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites throughout the US.

Salary Range:                        $196,539.00/Year to $200,000.00/Year
