- Prepare Detailed Drawings - Create accurate electrical drawings based on design inputs.
- Update Drawings for Revisions - Incorporate design changes, redlines, and field modifications.
- BIM / Revit Coordination - Follow company standards for consistency and compliance in BIM/Revit modeling.
- Coordinate with Designers & Engineers - Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure drawings reflect accurate technical information.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings - Update plans after construction to reflect actual field installations.
- Minor Residential Design - Develop apartment unit layouts for common electrical systems.
- Manage Drawing Files - Organize, archive, and control access to current drawing sets.
- Assist in Material Takeoffs - Support procurement and estimating teams by generating quantities from drawings.
- Professional Development - Work toward elevating skills to become an electrical designer.

- Associate’s degree or certification in Drafting, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BIM coordination preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work from design specifications and field data.
