Scope of Services:
Owner’s Project Management Services
Annual Salary: 100-125k benefits
Full time 40 hrs/ week
This is not a remote position
KCM Group seeks an individual with construction knowledge and industry experience. We are looking for an individual who currently resides within commuting distance to Connecticut locations in Hartford , Middletown and Windsor. This individual would be primarily assigned to one of our clients with a home base in Hartford. The general types of projects would include data center upgrade work as well as deferred maintenance types of projects.
Your general responsibilities would include, but not be limited to the following:
1. Work as an extension of the owner
2. Assist owner in procuring designers, contractors to perform their projects
3. Coordinate day-to-day activities on project sites
4. Oversee project installation work normal to all types of construction.
5. Reporting as needed by the client.
6. Prepare and track project schedules
7. Track project Scheduling
8. Track and approve monthly billings
9. Prepare and track project budgets
10. Oversee all aspects of construction for compliance with the project requirements.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Experience with data center type work
2. Experience with major electrical and HVAC type work
3. Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction industry
4. Experience working as an Owner Project Manager or Representative
5. OSHA 30
Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
