Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN)
Location: Country Lane Manor – Keosauqua, IA
Country Lane Manor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! The SLP will be responsible for organizing and providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and communication ability.
Shift Available: PRN (as needed)
Rate: Up to $70/hour

Country Lane Manor is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team! The SLP will be responsible for organizing and providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to support residents in achieving their highest level of independence and communication ability.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals when appropriate, following established standards of practice and departmental procedures.
- Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans, including target goals and measurable short-term and long-term objectives.
- Instruct residents, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language techniques to encourage carryover of therapy goals into daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Iowa
- Knowledge of current speech therapy practices, procedures, and regulations
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
