Pay: $28.84/hr
Core Competencies / Responsibilities
- Perform facility inspections and preventive maintenance (PM) on repair garage equipment such as, bus lifts, bus washers, paint booth, high pressure washer/steam rack equipment and fuel dispensing equipment
- Perform PM on small equipment such as drill press, hydraulic press, in-shop vacuum systems.
- Ensure all shop safety equipment is maintained and functioning properly
- Make repairs to normal wear items such as hoses, steamer wands and fueling nozzles
Knowledge and Experience
- 5 years’ experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Sound understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Class C driver license
- Ability to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency
- Must be able to work outside in extreme, hot and/or cold, weather conditions
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

- May walk and/or stand for over 6 hours per day
- Works with personal computer (PC), laptop; May use electronic hand-held device (cell phone, two way-radio); works around heavy machinery
