- Must be at least 21 years of age
- 1 Year Current and Verifiable Valid Drivers License (CDL not required)
- Must have clean driving history - DMV driving history print out required for the past 10-years
- Customer Service Experience a plus
- Must have a stable work history
- High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
- Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision-making skills
- Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays
- Other requirements may be required depending on location

- Positive attitude and enjoy working with the general public

Customer Service:
- Ensure customers feel welcome
- Effectively communicate with passengers especially in the event of service disruptions
- Provide passengers with assistance as needed
- Accommodate passengers with information such as schedule, guidance, etc.
- Ensure safe on-road operations while maintaining on-time performance
- Familiarity with assigned routing and detours
- Awareness of ADA Policies and Procedures
- Understanding of ADA Compliance
- Report immediately to dispatch any vehicular accident or passenger incident and follow the incident and accident reporting procedures
- Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. If applying for a safety sensitive position, it may require a physical examination.
