Knowledge and Experience:
- 5 years related work experience
- Experience in industrial/commercial equipment maintenance and repair equipment required
- Experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, security and computer systems.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple activities
- Good communication, organizational, problem solving, and listening skills
- Handle basic maintenance, repairs and cleaning
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods during shift
- Responsible for Inspection, maintenance and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Manage all building security needs, such as maintaining card access systems and security camera systems
- Provides oversight and selection of subcontracted work
- Establish and communicate health and safety procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.
- Full technical knowledge of Facility systems and preventative maintenance practices
- Collaborate and coordinate with management staff to ensure a smooth operation
- Support development or improvement of existing and future facility projects
- Perform routine building maintenance to include but not limit to electrical and plumbing repair, HVAC service, and grounds keeping.
- Other duties as required
- Drug and alcohol screening: Employment contingent upon passing pre-employment drug and alcohol screen. Also, contingent upon receiving a favorable background check. Must pass a physical examination.
