Keokuk County Hospital & Clinics is seeking a full time Radiology Technologist; guaranteed 32 hours a week and includes rotating holidays and on call coverage. Responsible for providing medical imaging services as directed by the physician and/or radiologist. Complete assigned responsibilities within his/her certifications with no direct supervision. Duties include providing patient care essential to x-ray/CT procedures in routine and emergency situations; correctly adjusting equipment and positioning patients for optimum quality x-ray films. Exercise discretion and judgment in the performance of medical imaging procedures and apply procedures of radiation protection for the patient; effectively produce and evaluate the technical aspects of the required files. Must be an Iowa licensed Radiologic Technologist. CT experience required.
