What are the responsibilities and job description for the Athletic Director position at Keokuk Community School District?
JOB DESCRIPTION: The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and supervision of High School and Middle School activities (including all sports, music, drama, drill team, and cheer leading), and overseeing the activities budget. The AD will join the High School and Middle School principals and assistant principals as a District administrative team member dedicated to student success.
MINIMUM CRITERIA: Evaluator license; previous administrative experience, experience teaching and head coaching at the high school level; a collaborative team approach; demonstrated ability to lead change and improve student connectedness and success for all students. The District is seeking a leader who is supportive, organized, approachable, flexible, optimistic, a good communicator, and willing to work with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be a leader whose presence is seen not only at activities, but also in the building and community.

SALARY RANGE: A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package will be offered with the 260 day contract.
