We are seeking a highly accomplished Investor Relations Specialist to serve as a strategic bridge between our company and the US investment community. This senior-level role balances core IR execution with advanced investor targeting. The primary objective is to engage with US-based asset managers and institutional investors, expanding our shareholder base and driving the value of our locally traded equity.
Responsabilities
- Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with major US asset managers, funds, and institutional investors;
- Pitch our corporate equity story to potential US investors to increase trading liquidity and enhance local stock valuation;
- Support the end-to-end preparation of quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, financial press releases, and annual reports;
- Track consensus estimates, monitor peer group performance, and analyze financial market trends, delivering actionable insights to global leadership;
- Organize and participate in investor roadshows, financial conferences, and high-level one-on-one meetings.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment dynamics, and complex corporate equity metrics;
- High proficiency in financial modeling, corporate valuation, and financial statement analysis;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to translate complex financial metrics into a compelling investment narrative.
Required Experience
- Around 10 years of proven experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or Corporate Finance;
- Direct experience in the Fintech sector is a strong differential;
- Knowledge of or experience within the Latin American (LatAm) financial market is highly advantageous;
- Demonstrated track record in US market engagement and managing complex cross-border investor relations.
