We are growing and seeking a high-level Executive Clinical Assistant to support both the clinical and operational side of the practice.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining:
- Clinical assisting
- Medical spa support
- Administrative and documentation assistance
- Personal executive support for the physician owner. This role is ideal for a motivated, trustworthy, organized individual who wants to grow in aesthetics, medicine, and business.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Support
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with laser, body contouring, and aesthetic procedures
- Apply numbing agents and prepare patients
- Take standardized before/after photos
- Maintain room turnover and cleanliness
Administrative Charting Support
- Open patient charts and preload templates
- Enter vitals and history
- Assist with documentation and note completion
- Manage patient flow and schedule coordination
- Track follow-ups and memberships
Sales Client Experience
- Educate patients on packages and memberships
- Assist with treatment plan presentation
- Support product sales and post-care instructions
Executive / Personal Support
- Maintain office organization
- Assist with inventory and supply ordering
- Support light errands or administrative tasks
- Provide occasional support when physician’s child is present at office
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, Esthetician, or Nursing student
- Prior medspa or dermatology experience
- Familiarity with injectables, lasers, or body contouring
Required:
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Compensation
- $18–$25/hour based on experience
- Performance bonuses based on spa revenue and sales
